The software/files are locked to each tool. This device is no longer supported by Autel

all keys lost it failed on the 2008 VE commodore yesterday in the console it says engine immobilized refer to owners manual ... also the ds708 says that the vehicle is still in learn mode we even tried the snap-on tool and it keeps getting infrequence too fare out... have had the battery off all day to day hoping it will reset its self .. any help will be appreciated
Tuesday i have a VE Commodore 2008 to immobilize all keys lost i got the immo code and key code from Holden all ready to go i will be using the Autel ds708 i have generated two id46 chips i hope all goes well..

Forklift with a sling. If you don't have a forklift, 2-3 men to lift off the edge onto the ground.
I have bought an ms906 second hand, how do i delete previous owners account in the person info section on the tool? Autel won't tell me how!

@@chriskeiffer5861 I did. Had to register first then contacted Autel by email with proof of purchase (seller with the registered email sent an email to me telling that he sold it to me...). Then Autel transferred tool to my account.

you're not totally following the instructions in the scan tool. insert the key, just insert it do not turn on. wait until it will tell you to do so.

Autohoist Australia Pty Ltd I'm just a mechanic who's been working on cars the last 46 years, and I shoot my stuff all by myself with a camera and tripod. BUT, any video should be concise and give lots of good information, not long, drawn out, and having little useful information. I see you guys sell the autel, and really, I use one, but their support is absolute garbage, at least here in the US. It's basically stolen software pirated and then repackaged in china. They don't even know how the stuff works in most cases. It would be GREAT if they made a bunch of videos showing how the machine works in depth, BUT, since they don't seem to know themselves, guess that will never happen. shame, cause it's a good machine but without directions, it's not very handy unless one already knows how to use it from previous work experience, such as dealership training.
can i screw my car good if i use one of these wrong?
Yes you can damage your vehicle with incorrect use, for example trying to perform a Subaru function whilst plugged into a Mitsubishi (an apprentice has done this). If you follow the on screen instructions then it is pretty straight forward.
